I believe the $69 fixtures I got from Home Depot were T5HO. I believe I stated where I got the bulbs. 5K brightness output. I'll try the radio trick tonight.

I have a 40wx60L shop with a white metal ceiling that's 13' tall. I just put up 6 - 8' T5 fixtures from Home depot with 5K HO bulbs from (1000bulbs.com). This was just for the front half of the shop (2 rows of three) and I can't believe the light they put out. Awesome! :rocker:

I was actually thinking 12 - 8' bulb fixtures. Is one better than another?

I just built a 40x60 shop with a 13' ceiling. What type of lights and how many do you recommend? I was thinking 3 rows of four 8' flourescents (12 total). Am I close? Thanks, Keith Missouri
