My shop has a combined AC / Gas Heater. It works really well. Its 30' x 60' x 18'. It gets 110 plus here in the summer, and down to around 10 some nights in the winter. No humidity though.
You own a pressure pot though? Seems to me like you'll be doing more blasting, especially if you like the way it turns out. The hood and filter will be cheaper than paying someone to do it once. And then you'll be setup, maybe you can make a few bucks doing jobs for others. Regular sand still...
Positive pressure hood. That's what I use. It requires a breathing grade air filter. But then you dont have to where a respirator under your hood. Silica is bad stuff, its worth buying the right equipment.

I make signs for a living, and I can tell you first hand, that people dont read signs that tell rules or warnings. Or they read them, but dont comprehend them. Either way, the signs ar good ammo. "Didn't you see the sign?"
So, what did he break?...
Get an old refrigerated semi trailer, and take of the axles, and landing gear. There insulated a little bit. Or shipping containers, but they're cold and dark. Both would be tough, and temporary.
how about a utility trailer, and just put some 4x4's under the hot tub for support. I've moved alot of stuff like this. Latest was a hot rod project that didn't have any axles. I was very careful not to damage it. Just take your time and lift each side enough to get another spacer under it until...
5 gal buckets, but I have 3 of them, and the whole area is taking control of that region. My new plan is a small 4x8x4 trailer that I picked up for $30. Lives out side and I can dig through it really easy because the whole top comes off.
