No Double slides on any drawers. They do have ball bearings on top and bottom of the slides. I have some loaded up pretty good and they open and close very smoothly and with you pinky finger. The loaded specs may be on Home Depot's site. I'm very happy.

The color balance may be off a little looking more blue than gray. When I purchased the box the finish was not even a remote factor. But the more I see it the more I like it. What is this kind of finish called anyways?
