    Dehumidifier for garage

Here in S. FL. I run dehumidifier and keep the garage around 40% RH. Keeps the rust off the metal and the machines in good shape. It also adds about 10 degrees heat to the room averaging about 90-100 in the insulated garage. Mine is a single car garage the DH is a 70 pint I believe. Costs...

    flip or flop

The prices they post are way off, don't understand how they can get quotes that low especially in Cali. An entire roof job for 6K (3d Shingle) in Cali but in FL the same job for less square footage is 14K? Amazing how they can keeps costs so low with permitting involved.

    flip or flop

Lol. I'm sure a lot of people agree! Gotta sell those houses for her upkeep. Some of the flips are scary looking but doesn't Cali have all kind of protect the buyer laws? Here in S. FL you get what you get, no buyer protection at all. Buyer beware.

Thank you for the replies. That makes sense on the coin. So many options and trying to balance usability vs. cost.

    Garage Tile Tread

Anyone have a Diamond Plate pattern plastic floor tile like Racedeck or others? How easy is it to roll engine hoists or heavy equipment on it that have mobile bases? I.E. Tool boxes, hoists, mills, lathes, heck even a large old style Tig. Here is an example of a mobile base: MobileBaseLink I'm...

    Yet another Racedeck question

I am currently heavily in the decision making process for my garage floor. My epoxy has long since faded and I'm really looking at the plastic tile floor model. All of your garages look amazing and so far the general consensus is it will last if you take care of it. Before my small parallel...
