I will be building my new shop in an existing garage that has concrete floor. I was already planning to install a 1” plywood floor over sleepers. Would it be feasible to look at radiant heat on top of the slab between the sleepers? Has anyone here done it or have ideas on it? We do plan on...

We only use bypass pruners, Felco #2 I do not even know anyone in the business that uses anvil pruners. I'm not a fan of anvils. I really only even look for bypass on my old stuff. I do pick up a set of anvils on rare occasion but most times just pass them by

I got a call from my high school shop teacher

So I got a call from one of my high school shop teachers ( from 40+ years ago). He is moving / downsizing and wanted to make me an offer. His Powermatic planer was just too much for him to handle anymore. Made me a great deal, figured I would appreciate the machine and have the ability to move...

Cool bandsaw I found a couple miles from home. An old contractor had it in his shop. It is still sitting in one of my sheds waiting for me to get a phase converter. I will be building a new workshop soon and plan on getting more of my three phase machines back into use :)

Metal Cabinets vintage or homemade and no name toolboxes. got any to show please do

I haven’t really done anything with it yet. Just a flat surface and storage cabinet in my shop. I am leaning towards making an end grain, white oak oval top for it.
