Hi All... I am nearing retirement age and planning to return to my native Montana...hopefully on a few acres of land with plenty of solitude. I'd like to construct (almost certainly metal...maintenace ease, fire safety, etc). I plan to combine everything in one unit...housing, shop/hangar though...
