Did you look into grinding the floor level rather than add screed? I know its too late now but wondered if you looked into this as an option?

http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/ Depends on size, height and location to boundry. The government website is quite easy to use. Have a look at outbuildings, common projects and the interactive house.

Nice to see it water tight. That will look fantastic once the renders done and matches the house.

Coming on nicely, Clean and clutter free, looks ideal. If it was my place the colour of the vice and detailing shelves would be wispering to me constantly i would need to change them to black.
