Where I’m at, Cornwell is easily the best truck service…better than SO. The vast majority of my tools are SO, but I do buy Cornwell as the guy in our area is first rate. He’s been at it a long time, I hope he doesn’t retire anytime soon.

They used to make them round. I purchased this mint set of vintage SO a while back. Very comfortable, I can only assume they changed so the brand would have a larger, more prominent, roll mark.

I have a new SO FD+ set, but couldn’t pass up this set of Cornwell USAs at 8 dollars per wrench (used but great condition). Awesome wrenches, imo they are more comfortable in-hand than SO. Finish is not as good, but the profile is what I like. Pics for comparison..

I actually have that tool, I am going to try these out for the anodized fittings on my hot rods. The aluminum blueprint adjustable wrench isn’t bad.

I going to give these a try for AN fittings.

I recently bought this one, the throw back stamp is a nice touch on a great ratchet.

SO 13 piece SEA flank drive + in foam. Beautiful wrenches, been wanting these for a while. I can understand the argument of being over priced, but they are the finest finished wrenches I’ve ever had. Perfect length too. No regrets.

Vintage SO round handles from eBay.

Look at this beauty. It’s a nos Kent-Moore J-21550 I snagged off eBay. I can replace door hinges on my GTO without removing the fender. I have never seen such a beautiful wrench! 🤣 Bonus pic of said fender.

I’m going to use tomorrow, I went with the stubby as it will be easier to manipulate (if any issues) the selector vs a long unit. It’s thinner than the dual 80.

SO puller set, long pics, small screwdrivers, and an FK100. I’m going to try out the 100 tooth, love the logo stamp but not the reviews on the new ratchets. We will see… “Free” SO hat goes to my buddy that wears them.
