    RaceDeck

Thats what i did with the curb areas, and a Lil bit of paint on the ground next to the curb for the gap. I just used gray garage floor paint from lowes, it matches the alloy tile color very nicely.

I did not do the tuff shield, and i dont think it comes in circletrac, i thought it woulda been too pretty for this busy garage. Tough shield Looks cool though, just not practical for me.

Thanks, it has made my garage a better place. I spend alot of time in here, and the new fit and finish just makes it all around a better habitat for a garage guy, weather its hangin with the boys, or wrenchin on the toys. Love it, shoulda done it years ago.

What i used was just a weed barrier from lowes, called "Stay Green Ultimate", Nothin crazy. I looked at some roofing underlayment, but the selection wasnt great, and nothin i thought would work for this project. It is pretty quiet. I bought 5 rolls of 3x150 used 4 and will use the last for the...

Information Overload. (3) Bids, No clue where to go....

Id say keep reading some more on it and look at their freeflow tiles. Lots of people who use in similar climates to yours love it. You may want to pm Jorgen on this site with additional questions. If I still lived in climate such as yours, I would have went Racedeck Freeflow. It may be a...

Information Overload. (3) Bids, No clue where to go....

Sounds expensive. Is epoxy really needed for your type of use. I am pretty tough on my garage, I decided to go with Racedeck, similar size garage. Seems pretty tough, just installed it the other day. Easy install, you could do it for under 2k and spend the rest you saved on some jeep stuff. I...

Will do. This forum is so addicting, i now have more ideas to make this garage that has served me well for over ten years even better, and more useful. My wife is even happy with the garage now, which is a big step up. Trying to clear old stuff out also, but it is hard to do, as I am sure that...

Thanks to everyone who viewed or chimed in with opinions on the RaceDeck plans for my garage. I just completed the floor this morning about 6 am. It was just me doing the deck install all night, so it took a bit longer than I planned, but it turned out great. I still have a little trim to do...

For those who have used or thought about carpet in the garage...

Once upon a time, long long ago, i had carpet in my garage. Over a period of a couple years i guess some oils got on it pretty good. Not that i had any leaky vehicles at the time, but its a garage.. One day, while doing some minor grinding on my work bench about 4' from the carpet, i stopped to...

I thought of doing it that way, but decided to just pull everything into driveway and knock it out. I dont want to run into fitment issues like you said. Im not doing my elevated section of garage where my bench, fridge, boxes are at the moment, so that makes this much easier to get stuff...

Outstanding shop and work on your cars. I am only on page 14 of this thread, but from what I see you have great attention to detail.
