    That's what I did. I would borrow tools from my tool cabinet to work on my bike and forget to return them. I like having just bike tools in a toolbox that I can quickly throw into my SUV along with my bike.

    I inherited a wrench like the one on the right from my grandfather when he died. I like that the jaws open very wide relative to the size of the wrench.

    My wife got me a Makita MAC 700 air compressor, Flexzilla air hose, and an AstroAI inflator/gauge for Christmas. This is the perfect, fast setup for airing tires. I don't have to worry about tripped circuits and it is small and light enough to put in the car to use in other places.

    Most of the things he mentioned seem to be design/engineer problems rather than defects. If he returns it for replacement, it is likely that the replacement will have the same problems.
