I kept the old ballast, it’s not working. I removed it because it was leaking. I’ll get a picture of it on Monday. I looked for date markings but may not have seen the code.

For sure the markings look like nothing I'd expect on a ship or base. I was wondering if it was done when the fixture was removed from service.
