Last weekend finished up the last of the electrical... did outlets down low around the whole building and outlets up high (for signs) wrapping the whole building as well. Each box has a white duplex and gray duplex... gray outlets are switched. Put the high bay LEDs on two zones and dimmer...
Was able to finally get a start on conduit, electrical, lighting, and fan. Will have dozens of outlets high and low for potential signs, so will be working on electrical throughout the rest of the year for sure.

In the past month or so... Got all the walls finished up with the cedar, doors/windows trimmed out, built a workbench & some big 8ft work tables, cleaned the place up, and got another big neon sign hung.
Next up is to start on all the electrical and lighting. And will look to get a hanging...

was able to get the wainscoting on one wall up and started what i will call the 'interior girt'... (there's probably a more correct term, idk)
office is pretty much done now... just need to hang some more signs.
got the rest of the cedar pickets to do all the remaining walls inside the building, over 600 total pickets. will get started on that this weekend... guessing it will probably take me most the summer to finish those.
ceiling is done in office area, bathroom with incinerator toilet is done, and the office door finally installed. next up is office walls using 1x6 cedartone fence pickets
outside of office done and trimmed, just have to hang the door still.
started on inside of office. the overall building is insulated... but i also insulated this office area because it has its own heating/cooling. all wiring inside the office is done. used LED can-style lights inside office...
saw your comment on my thread, so checked out yours. looks like we are in very similar situations with amount of time, working by ourselves, with same size building.
give some thought into buying a local scissor lift, like a JLG 1930ES... you can find a decent used one for around $3500. it will...
Wall insulation is in... just the standard R19(6") fiberglass unfaced blanket insulation covered with a plastic vapor barrier.

got all the joists in this weekend and the floor for the loft. Added a 2x10 to the end of my joists for a more finished look and for a small lip to help contain things up in the loft.

Adding the office... Last weekend got the walls framed in. This weekend, joists, doors, window, and hopefully exterior siding. Office is appx 11' x 24'... plus adding a 4' x 5' bathroom area & 4' x 6' broom closet to backside of office.
