You can get gray outlets (should be GFCI unless the breaker is already that or the combo AFCI/GFCI). The gray will blend well with the stainless.

As I recall for my Olds, it had an ignition key and a door key that also operated the trunk and also the glove box lock. If you haven't tried the third key in the glove box lock, see if it is for that.

You might want to check to be sure the alternator is actually charging the battery after you install it. You should see around 13.6 to 14.7 volts at the battery when the engine is running with no lights or other accessories on.

This chart shows your battery is at about 10% or so capacity for a lithium unit, likely needs replacing as you suspect.
