im gonna put a 6mm. vapor barrier between the ground and the insulation door, its polyUrethane, supposed to be rated R-15 just like outside door are.... the cost is pretty good at .40¢/f² compared to 1$/f² for the pink 2'' insulation.... ive got 1500 f² of floor to cover... so all...

Do those door cut off are good for insulation UNDER THE SLAB ??? they are factory surplus or misplaced hole in the door ,etc... close from my place. the rating say R-15, and with a side of metal on each side... they'r about 1¾" thick if i compare to what a metal door spec is up here, it...
