When you move into a foreclosure, there is so much to do. I've been working on the house and my time in the garage has been spent on the cars and not much on the garage itself. But I do have a few updates to share.
The scissor lift is in and working.
And the new compressor arrived this...
Started moving back into the shop. Put together some shelving and moved the track car, parts and tools back in. Still not organized.
And a couple new tools arrived.
I prefer the less popular Porsche colors. However, I am sticking with the current theme with some slight changes in shade. Sherwin Williams is kind enough to identify complimentary colors on the back of their sample cards. I'm using those recommendations.

When our youngest graduated high school, there was no reason to remain where we were and pay astronomical school taxes. So the search began for a new home. My one requirement was a large garage or space to build one.

Update - While cleaning up the compressor, I went to empty any condensation in the tank and was quite surprised at the volume. I drained 30-40 GALLONS of rusty water. Based on this finding, I am returning the compressor to the seller. He has agreed to a full refund.

At some point, maybe, but not in the near future. So, what am I looking for in a single phase 7.5 hp motor? And what other challenges will I have to overcome to make the conversion?
