Im talking magnetic, I would think they all had a start capacitor.

I just bought a 7 1/2 hp, and all the ones I looked at had a starter on them. I also look at the 5 HP the high end ones had starters and the less pricey ones didn't have, so that must be the breaking point between have to have and just a good idea.

After you have your land, the house will cost you from $80 to $120-up per foot depending on how fancey you want it. The shop will cost you 15k to 100k depending agian. This is a VERY open ended question.

12" 26# I-beam. 35' span, going to cable it to the truss above, and if need be can put a post on the bottom. but it seams fine like it is. The building builder said it would work and he stayed at a Holiday Inn Express once. LOL so we will see.
