Most industrial ovens are natural gas fired as it isn't feasible to heat them with electricity.
Alot of guys going with propane as you can get really good heat up times and support larger ovens.
The propane ovens I've seen were heated with a torpedo heater with a pid controller.

It definitely be weak with that drill running it... but my Milwaukee m18 would work it good! That Milwaukee drill will rip you arm out of its socket if you let it lol

Can't believe how much storage I just created... like most houses our house has literally 20 cubic feet of storage under our stairs lol... camping gear, xmas stuff, and the rest of our horde is totally going to be off the floor and out of the house and better yet out of sight lol

Hard to see in the picture but the lights are mounted to 1x3 pine that is screwed to the bottom...
The lights came with mounting clips but they were not enough of them and I didn't like them so found plastic cable staples... cut one end off... and instead of the nails used small screws...
I should say first that I'm not an expert or an engineer or a carpenter...lol... so please remember that and take my advice at your own risk haha :)
