Been away, was great to catch up on the progress, was shocked at the selling price for the Scenic…very low! I’ll share some news possibly of interest, my 22yo has dragged home another project…paid a fair bit more than typical but also suspect this one will stick around and not be a flip. ‘63...

My son was last on a hospital build here, the end of project routine was just as you describe, throw EVERYTHING in the trash…tools, new materials, break room supplies…EVERYTHING from the site, even the push carts! 🤬
