    After reassembling the pump pistons, no change in how it acts. I am able to slowly lift the arm. I did not have anything heavy to set on it so stood on the arm and it slowly went down (~215lbs).

    well tried the troubleshooting steps and still will not pump with a load. I investigated the pump pistons .. I am assuming these need to have a oiring on the chamfered portion? I didnt see any o-ring remnants where these came out of. edit: after more research these may be the U Cup seals...

    Quick update, So the jack is able to slowly raise up without a load, as soon as I try to jack a car up, no lift.

    Counterfeit ESCO 10498 Jack Stands?
