    Impact Sockets

    I have have A snap on set,that I have had for 30 years,use every working day, I have broken breaker bars with them and bolts,nuts.never the sockets.

    Snap On District Rep told me why ratchets are no longer stamped "USA"

    [I am in the u k and do not buy snap if it is not made in u s a after buying new ratchet with no country of origin. I do the same with Britool tools now,i do not know which country they are made in.

    What brand British Standard sockets are worth buying?

    I have whitworth stuff in my tool box and i use them every day,they fit some metric bolts better and if i use them it stops them rusting.Over here in England A lot of cars and bikes and machines are whitworth.The snap on and blue point stuff are ww2 vintage, loads of American made whitworth...
