I’ve done a lot with sockets and threaded rod in the past. I’m doing several thousand dollars worth of bearings every week, so having a full set of proper tools makes it a hell of a lot quicker and more precise. No matter what you use, just be sure you always press and never hammer bearings...

I picked up a set of Arizona Transmission bearing drifts. At Mike’s advice. These are really nice for larger bearings. Especially when you need to press them on over a shaft.

Mike thanks for the recommendation for the Arizona Transmission bearing drift set. Just got it and it’s very well made. I hate blow molded cases tho. So added it to the drawer with other set of larger drifts. Combined with my Enduro set I have a pretty complete range covered now!

Thanks I’m trying to solve the issue of power pins vibrating loose in a propitiatory connector that would require a lot of work to remove so ideally I pot it in place. A thicker UV cure option might work too.
