I won't begrudge those with the surgically clean workshops, but the best I can do is neat. No matter how much I vacuum or sweep there is a seemingly permanent layer of dust that I can't get rid of. Now I just accept it.

Thanks for the pics. You are right, it is not too complicated. Great use of space. I'll have to look at something different. My roof is built up so the joists are not exposed on the top.

I just acquired a 1989 Wilton 1750. I've been searching the boards for rust removal techniques. How did the vise restoration work out? Did you get the jaws removed? Was the molasses bath sufficient or did you have to use other means?
