Been reading lots of great things about the M12 tools, but has anyone used the drill or driver for attaching R panels to the walls or roof of a building? I'm talking about using a 5/16 self tapping screw through the sheet metal and into a standard purlin.

Run a search for the Champion 3500 watt model. There was a whole section on it at rv.net . Usually around $300 at Tractor Supply. Not the quietest, but decent for the money.

I'm a bachelor and let mine get out of hand. I bought CLR in the yellow bottle (for toilets I think). Multiple applications and a regular toilet scrub brush, but it did come out.
