    My advice..as there is alot of opinions here and all have vald points, put your money into Heat Retention, the cost of fuel is not dropping and in the long run insulation will pay for itself. And I can tell you there is nothing worse than a sweaty Harley!!

    Yes I am , in fact I am going to pour a 5" curb (so to say) between the insulation and the outside wall..this is an after thought and I could have prevented this by adjusting the height of the floor..but I want the heated floor to be completely insulated around its permeter and underneath. Kind...

    Trusses show up at 9:30 am, hope the rain holds off long enough to get them spread out. As for the floor I have come to the decission to fill (pour) the door cut outs and pour the floor up to the insulation so as not to try to heat the outside. This is how my buds shop is and seems to be working...
