That is correct, the 408 cannot currently accept the Race Ramps without a plate added to the bolts. We're working on a kit to be able to add on. The extra long aluminum ramps have an angle of 7.8 degrees, they are 44" long with a rise of 6".

In the current configuration the Race Ramps we offer will not fit the 408/409 lifts. We do offer the extra long aluminum ramps that are compatible and are working on some additional parts to add a bar to make the Race Ramps compatible. Here are the 408SL/409HP compatible aluminum ramps...
