My garage is 28x32 and is an insulated wood frame with a finished drywall interior. Nothing fancy but it works for now. I use the one side to work on my 69 Firebird and the other side has my machine tools. Our everyday cars are parked outside. i don't post much but I do view the Garage Journal website daily. I'm facinated that other people face the exact same challenges I do.
