    What Furnace brand is recommended?

    Fortunately most furnaces will come with a 10 year parts warranty if you register the product. So getting parts will not be an issue. Pick your contractor than the furnace.

    BendPak New GrandPrix 4-Post Lift - No Air Required

    This lift is identical to Advantage and the Wildfire lifts.I just purchased an Advantage lift and installed it yesterday. I don't see anything different other than ALI cert. I'm sure they are all the same product with different paint.
