    Insulating existing garage door

    Do you think duct insulation will work? It's fiberglass with an aluminum/foil backing. It comes in rolls 12" wide and about 1" thick. I saw it in the HVAC aisle at Lowes. I also saw the white styrofoam packages. It comes in strips about 12" wide and 6' long. How well does styrofoam insulate?
