You're welcome. Always helps to have a pic to see for yourself. If I need the extra light where the doors are I simply drop the doors down about half way and that does the trick. I live in south Louisiana so if I'm out in the garage the doors are up about 8 months of the year and I haven't had...

Still a work in progress but I'm slowly getting there.

I am running 9 two bulb t8 fixtures in 3 rows of 3 in my 24x24 garage and I have more than enough light. The only draw back to the way I ran mine is when the garage doors are open they block the first row of lights. But there is still enough light from the other 6 units. Here's a couple pics at...

I'm new to this forum and am about to build a new garage to support my vintage VW habbit. I was wondering what is available in the way of concrete coatings or flooring types. Which types to avoid as well as what to recommend. thanks, tom

I'm new to the forum but it sounds to me like there isn't any vapor barrier under the slab. It's very common down here in the south.
