I just priced out a 30x34 with 12 foot ceilings and it is at about $2300 with concrete.

Usf holland delivered my hose reel yesterday to my house, they called first. They asked if i had a dock or needed a lift gate. Still have not opened the box but it sure is heavy

USF holland just called and said they have my hose reel and are delivering it on a semi? How big is this thing ? will see tomorrow

my 26x67 garage is getting ready to be poured next week and wonder what i could expect to pay if i had rebar put in it? Another question is, should i place a vapor barrier down. My soil is all sand.

I found Menards to be the cheapest. Went to Home Depot with the price and had them beat it by 10%.

I just used the same stuff from HD and i did not not have a problem when the slab was poured
