    Mr. Heater Big Maxx - Is this right?

    It was very cold out, but the garage & tank was about 60 degrees, as we have a 75000 BTU Corn stove right now but insurance co. won't let us keep it in the garage soi the Big Maxx is replacing it (Grrrr!). But yes, the fan cycles on and off properly, and we thought it may be oil on the tubes...

    It is an LP. It only glowed the first time (maybe something in the line?). Tested the pressure, it was a little low, so will be getting a new regulator Monday to see if that helps. Thanks for the replies!

    Just finished installing the 75000 BTU Big Maxx. The coils inside the unit are glowing red - is that normal for this heater?
