thanks guys I will have a play about once the steel arrives but the seam on the side makes sense. I have no fixed radius and will work within the boudaries set from test pieces I have ordered 1.5mm and I will post results as and when so it will help others H9

Hi everyone....1st post Is it possible to roll 30x30x1.5 & 40x40x1.5 erw square on a rolling machine? Also, would it be better to go thicker ? lastly, which direction is best to put the seam when rolling? thanks H9 edited to mention that it is a 3 wheel electric roller
