Retired oil refinery supervisor who started as a Laborer cleaning asphalt tanks, barges, cutting grass, etc.
Was fortunate to be lightly cross-trained by Vietnam-era vets who used WW2-era lathes, drill presses and Bridgeport mills to good effect. A great place to work if you like learning how to use rotating equipment, welding tools, cutting tools and how electricity works and the hazards associated with each.
