Show your new tool arrivals
My new brother-in-law visited today, but he wouldn't let me take his picture for this thread.

Is real wood flooring (living room) no longer popular?
Similar latitude to me. Oak flooring should be fine.

Is real wood flooring (living room) no longer popular?
We put solid wood flooring (oak) in two rooms about 20 years ago here in Upstate NY. They're doing just fine. How far upstate is the house?

What is this, please?
Well, damn. I was wrong. I thought it was some kind of gizmo to remove hair from shopping cart wheels.

Yes, it was pure satire. Now, please excuse me while I go out to lubricate my truck's tailgate.

Hell no! It was dark and I didn't want to get lost. I'd only been working there for 18 years.

Could I use Brake Fluid as a paint stripper?
Thanks for the advice, guys. I think I'll go with the abrasives approach instead of creating a hazardous waste site.

Could I use Brake Fluid as a paint stripper?
I have some years old Dot 3 brake fluid and a Craftsman tool chest that needs stripping. I know that brake fluid is damaging to paint, but could I use it to remove the paint on the tool chest?
