TOP does make excellent products including these snap ring pliers. We carry the internal and external straight models and they go for over $20 each. I have yet to see anything from them that wasn't very well made.

Here is another option. Slip joint pliers with plastic inserts to prevent damage to the hose. Made in Japan by IPS. I personally now only use these, as I don't have to worry about damaging hoses anymore.

The German ones are the best in my experience, as noted by 84bimmer. Look for Norma brand or you can buy them from compcams sold under the brand name Gator. They have a rolled edge so it doesn't cut into the rubber, and have enough resistance on the screw that I've never had them back out on me.

With regards to the lineman pliers, I do know that Allemagne means Germany. I'm sure monte would be able to make out the brand.

My set didn't have those, but it won't help you anyway, as the wheel studs are on the hub you're trying to remove. I'm not sure what those smaller bolts are for unless there is an additional piece not shown in the picture.
