I also should have added you are right also in that there are some crazy awaited footage prices depending on where in the county etc. our units are in the mid 100’s with unit amenities beyond what is the norm.

Sounds like IG complexes :). Most of the complexes in the US, I’d guess 90 percent or more are sold out. Many complexes are pre-sold out in fact including ours at least in terms of the units we have put up for sale thus far. You described the idea of a complex well and indeed it is a good mix...

I can probably answer any questions you have. While mine is being built and I don’t know everything, I have spent the last 2 years visiting about 30 complexes. In Florida I am not sure where in FL but there are a lot of complexes in Florida.
