I have a Western Tool & Mfg Champion #33 vise that I would like to restore. Would it have been black from the factory? I've seen catalog pictures that look to be black, but have seen some pictures that look like a factory green. Rick

I have a Western Tool & MFG Co. Springfield, Ohio Champion vise no. 33. I'm not finding much information. I did see where the company went under around 1944.Does anybody know anything about this vise? Thanks Rick
