I currently have an order from sears where they can not find the package and the tracking number never displayed online. The package shows as delivered on Sears's website. They say it will take 8 business days to see if they can find the package which I thought was unacceptable.

I have this jack as well and I love it. It is really heavy but it pumps fast and smooth. Have had it for about 2 years now without any issues.
