Sounds like a good plan to me , make sure you support the rafters with a strong beam. You will still need a center support.

We only run at Grandview on a Sun. when the Enduro cars run. Cost gets to high for race , generally run us $195 per race, and hopefully no parts breakage. Next race on May 19 th. at 1pm
