Can draw it out when I'm home but RCDs/GFCI's work on any imbalance, if the neutral has more current flowing on it than the active it'll still trip.
Basically when the neutral/ground get joined (in the faulty motor) it means the current returning from another load on that circuit has another...
Are you plugging it directly into the GFCI that's tripping? If there's other loads also on that GFCI they'll provide the current flowing back through the ground to trip when someone plugs in a faulty item with a neutral to ground short.
Not as dominant but there's a huge number of Aussie sparkies using crosscut pliers over linesmen/combination pliers. Traditional it's marvels but wiha does a nice set plus there's other. Domestic/commerical electricians don't tend to use strippers either, you're expected to be able to use your...
New koken 3/8 ratchets arrived, baby 1/4 body 3/8 drive and the long (280) 3/8 non flex. Didn't realise quite how short (114) the 1/4 body is so considering getting the 1/4 160mm to swap the mechanisms around. Will give it a bit to see how I go with the non flex first tho.
Now I'm curious how imperial ended up with fractional inches instead of decimal ones, I assume the whole 12 inches to a foot started it but still decimal inches doesn't seem unreasonable (and becomes the standard for machining)
The veto backpacks are quite nice, heavy too but that's kinda to be expected. Backpacks do make it too easy to end up with a bag that needs a forklift but that might be me
Some of the Japanese tool brands use the metric dimensions instead of 1/4,3/8,1/2 etc.
There's also plenty of "metric" sizing standards that are basically imperial with the " marks filled off see NB/DN pipe sizing
Better cutting in my opinion but I do think some of it is personal preference. Haven't tried those (I mean kinda, I've used the Milwaukee cable cutters but would consider them a size or two up)
They're not what you're after then but Marvel MVF-200S and Fujiya Kurokin 6050-200BG. For a variety of reasons Aussie's spark's don't tend to use strippers unless they're doing control work (and at which point it's auto strippers of some flavour)
That's a very comprehensive collection of nut drivers. I've got some wera nut drivers but mostly just use a 3/8 spinner plus a socket. There's some heatshrink over it cos I gave up trying to find a decent insulated and hollow shaft one
Finally used the wood composite screw drivers vessel makes in an oily scenario and was fairly impressed (tho the handles are a tad big for my personal preference) Noticed that they also make some ratchets with the same style handles, has any tried them? Was looking at a VESSEL HRH3-W
How big are her hands? I've not had issues but some of the smaller women I've worked have found the handles a smidge big to easily hold, guess that's the trade-off with that style battery
