More storm warnings for tomorrow, got the garage packed tight with truck and all the porch furniture. Hopes it’s unnecessary planning.

We’re about 4-5 miles away from the tornado path. Had debris in my yard but no damage. A few guys I work with lost their homes but they’re all safe and good. Absolutely insane the power of a tornado and destruction it caused!!

I’ve got a lot of wall left to go but these Gladiator gearwall panels and attachments are great for organizing and saving space.

Thanks you! The house is around 2500sqft 4bed 3 & 1/2 bath. Very happy with the quality and final product, lots of hurdles along the way though with contractors. Original house plan is Four Gables by Mitch Ginn, then we made some changes and additions.

Well after about 15 months we finally moved in a few weeks ago. Still lots of work to be done, yard landscaping, etc. I’m anxious to start a shop build even though it may have to wait a year or 3-5, but these porches will definitely be a popular hangout until the shop does happen!

Truck fits but it’s tight with 9x8 doors. Definitely should have done 10 wide, I have to fold the mirrors to get it in.

Garage doors are finally up, really wishing I’d went bigger at least 30x30. It’s going to be a real tight squeeze with truck and suv in there.

Probably Buckhorn campground, it’s off moors camp Hwy I believe. If you decide on somewhere off lake Barkley look up Indian Point RV park, Kuttawa KY. That’s where we have a seasonal spot and it’s nice. Couple miles off I-24 lakeside with easy access too.

Well hate to hear that and yes understand passing on principal, that can be irritating. Where do you plan to set up with the camper? We leave ours at Indian Point in Kuttawa during season but I’ve booked a spot at Big Bear campground for Memorial Day weekend and July 4th just to be on Kentucky...

Slow process but still moving along. Soffits and hardie board currently going on. Stained tongue & groove porch ceilings in and drywall.

Not much change exterior. But interior plumbing, hvac, electrical, insulation are in, and Drywall next. Had them insulate some of interior walls to help with noise.

New truck, garage is going to be tight, already wish I’d went bigger doors! A few other progress pics. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical currently going in.
