18x19deep ouch! I squeeze a 2007 Avalanche and a 2004 Corvette in every night with a72" wide tool box and a 2'x8' work bench.Would donate a testicle for another couple feet each way.
I've had an MSD 3505 crimper for ignition wire terminals forever and would like to purchase dies for insulated,non-insulated, Weatherpak etc for the repeatability factor on the crimp.
I tend to go over kill on the Klein 1005 I use normally.
Any reasonably priced suggestions???
Long time follower but just started posting as I going through a career change and have some time off. Been in automotive parts business for 25 years, total car nut,hot rodder tool junkie just like everyone else here.
Living with the misery of a so called 2 car garage that is 17.5'X19.5'...
Yep, Most of the tools in the box are from lines I sold also. Distributor for OTC, Lisle, Makita, Milwaukee, Chicago Pneumatics, KD (Gearwrench), Irwin and on and on.
It's all about the perks bro!
The auto parts company I used to work for was a Waterloo distributor and I probably sold a couple hundred boxes over 10 years so the supplier was , lets say, appreciative of my efforts so the cost was ridiculously low. I think it's a TR4013 and TR4011 combo but I don't remember exactly and sure...
Not a 6013 but I've had this Traxx combo for years. Lack of deep drawers can be a bit of a PITA but I've got it organized the way I like it.Slides are great but I had to modify all the latches as they were stiff as hell, had to really slam them to close drawers. Click right in now.
Mine...
All I know is 19.5 X 17.5 is misery. My only saving grace is the kickout that my tool box fits into. Oh well, the price I pay for living with the highest housing cost location in the country.
