I have 6/3 MC cable and need to run it overhead inside my metal tube frame building with 12' walls. It's so heavy and awkward, I'm having a difficult time just making the run from the wall to the first rafter. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to help me get the wire at least pulled up and...

I picked up this beast this weekend for an absolute steal, $300. They were going to have to PAY to have it disposed of, made me sick to think about it. It has a 3/8" plate on top, Wilton C2 vise, Rigid bc810a pipe chain vise, and is plumbed for air lines underneath. Just need to add some casters...

Check out this cool rolling work station I picked up today. Has nice old castors with two step locks and hardware that appears to be from the 50’s or 60’s. York vise and a Schauer bench grinder that’s so quiet! Got it for $175.

Thanks! I was debating using the spray foam after the install or putting down some rubberized flashing/seal before the install.

Forgive me if this has already been discussed, but I couldn't find it searching the site. I'm finally getting a metal building (30'x50' tube style) installed this week and didn't know if I should go ahead and install a seal gasket or foundation seal tape before they start putting up the walls...
