    Why out of the sun...curious because the porch steps and front were definitely in the sun when they were done, full sun with temps of 81-82. I did a finger nail tap and there are areas that do sound a tad bit hollow in some spots.

    I checked all of his positive reviews, so yes I hired him. I do believe he is very concerned now, as he did not know the product could emit toxic fumes...but again I am just guessing what is going on based on the odor and dead bugs just on the porch...checked your post and must say love those...

    The contractor has no idea of the toxicity of the product only how to put it on...he also knows little about how humidity or wetness affects it. He really doesn't know much about the product itself. His employees did not wear protective gear at all. Mind you it was outside but the air was thick...

    Okay contractor came...he is now concerned once he saw all the dead insects. He offered to simply scuff it and apply another top coat...Can I ask, would that suffice to seal the toxins in, so they do not emit? Or does it all have to come off and be reapplied? thank you again for help
