I just went out to close the overhead doors since we're expecting some thunderstorms tonight. It looks like I neutralized my floors with baking soda and didn't rinse them. White coating on the entire floor. It seems to wipe off when you rub it with your hand.

Long story but I decided to use a densifier/sealer rather than tile the new garage. Basically my timeline got moved up on me. Concrete was poured in January. It was power troweled a bit smoother than I would have liked since I was planning on coating it or using tile. No primer/sealer, etc...
