I use a tankless on demand water heater just for a sink. Saves on the power bill.

If you want it to meet code, you cant double lug off the meter base. You can add a breaker for the garage out of the panel at the house if you have room and you can get to it.

I would check on the opener by Wayne Dalton that fits above the door on the rod with the spring. It mounts to the wall above door.

I have always used GE myself. Alot of different brands will fit a GE panel.
