In my area it is generally $1 a foot for contractor pricing. Not sure retail cost. This is for open cell, 5" on walls and under roof decking. I have used 3 different companies over the last few years and fwiw, they all say the cost to do walls is half what it takes to do under roof decking.

Just run the service cable in the wall. No need for conduit once inside a finished wall space.

Usually you run conduit up the outside wall to the height of your panel. Then run the service wire into the back of the panel. If you can run it inside an unfinished wall, that is acceptable.
