Follow up: Now that I'm home, I've discovered that the initial Clopay quote yesterday was actually for an Overhead Door (Thermacord) [correction: it was for a Clopay door with polystyrene & stucco finish, neither of which I wanted] And this much highter quote today is still for the wrong door...

The color and style are standard, i.e. what can be seen from the outside. Some older doors are wood, like mine, and others steel, afaict. I’ve not heard of anything beyond that, and I was on the board a few years ago. But I’ll double check.
