$899 Canadian so roughly $650 USD. What should I be looking for in a used unit?

Anyone have any thoughts on this air compressor? It says 2 stage, 175 psi, 60 gallons, and 11 CFM @ 90PSI. Approx $650 USD. Seems decent if they're not lying about the specs, but no clue who produces them and their life expectancy. 60G 2-Stage Air Compressor
