Mixing cement in a wheel barrel i was surprised by how little water was needed. IMO the cement will never be completely without water weight. I think Brownbagg 's answer above at 145#cu.ft. wet and 144.4#cu.ft.dry to be correct but can't find my book to confirm..

I have two that leak too. Mine have a rubber plug in the side to add oil. That is where mine are leaking, the plugs seem to rot and i haven't found a good replacement so i store in a upright standing position and check the level when i use them.

Isn't it a shame how many people can't understand what they read or just don't know what the real answer is but still have to say something, even if it's flat out wrong....

I would think it would be easier to change the dryer cord to the old type,if that's possible.
